Prof. Rachna Chaturvedi
ProfessorProf. Rachna Chaturvedi is a PhD, MBA, and M.A. (Eco) with over 25 years of corporate and academic experience at the upper management level. Her areas of interest include various facets of communication, Human Behaviour at workplace, Gender Studies, Skilling & Entrepreneurship, and cost-benefit analysis . Her academic approach is based on more than a decade of specialization in the development and transformation of human talent. She believes that her erudite journey has done justice to her specialization. She has successfully hosted a number of training sessions, conferences and workshops. She is a regular personality development, communication skills, stress management, motivation, skilling, and entrepreneurship workshop trainer for personnel of the Ordnance Factories, the Department of Customs and Narcotics, Bank employees, universities, corporates and NABARD. She has also written a few textbooks and reference books . She has successfully guided many PhD students, and has also assisted many students with their research projects. She has many papers published and presented in international journals and conferences indexed in Scopus and SSCI. She has also been involved in several social & research projects in recent years. Her research efforts financed by the ICSSR, New Delhi, and a few other agencies are primarily concerned with the empowerment of rural women through digital education, skill development, livelihood etc. She was appreciated by Madhya Pradesh Govt. for her research project on the study of digitally empowering urban & rural women in district of Guna, Madhya Pradesh sponsored by Indian Council of Social Sciences & Research ( ICSSR), Ministry of HRD. She also enjoys working on other issues concerning women's empowerment. Presently she working as Research Head for AISECT group of Universities , Bhopal & is also Heading two centres of excellence i.e Centre for Women Entrepreneurship and Santosh Choubey Centre for Social Entrepreneurship.
