Search and contact new farmers, make new ICS by Farmers meeting, regular Follow Up and resolving the queries of the Farmer to convert non organic to organic. Implement the Internal Controls for organic production. > Provide overall thematic guidance on agriculture and allied activities to farmers. Supervision of daily farming activities. Ensure nutrient management, irrigation, and other treatments are performed effectively and in line with farm plan. > Providing active technical support to various agriculture and allied activities and responding to queries of the partnered farmers being undertaken in different places. > Assist in preparation of bio fertilizers, vermicompost and natural pest repellents. > Prepare reports, produce written outputs of the implementation work and research outcomes.

Monitoring and execute Organic farming center To develop, maintain and manage the school lawns, plantation including the upkeep of various athletic facilities at the highest standards. Excellent knowledge of Horticulture, Landscape management and all related processes of organic treatments, weeding etc. To Manage organic/ Semi Organic agricultural operation on site.

Management of the planted coconut palms to get maximum yield of Sap & Coconuts as per targeted goals, under organic farming. Manpower planning of the Farm and getting the adequate migrant labor and training them. Production & Quality Department Activities: Overall monitoring and administrative control of production & quality activities of Commercial Garden. Statutory Compliances: Adhering to all statutory requirements and obtaining all licenses for running the Plant. Developing better planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques, improving crop yield, and solving problems for clients. Researching and promoting agricultural strategies to counter the effects of changes in soil, climate, weather, and pest damage. Managing teams of scientists while conducting field visits or laboratory work. Developing planting and irrigation schedules, budgets, and timelines.
