During the six months of the Data Entry Operator trade, a candidate will get training on Professional skills, Professional Knowledge, and Employability related to the job role. In addition, a candidate is entrusted to undertake project work and extracurricular activities to build confidence. The trainee will learn about Workplace Safety and the Environment. He will learn about Trade Tools, Identifying Computer Peripherals, Internal Components, Windows, and its related application software installation processes. Trainees will understand how to work with the MS Office package to create Word documents, practice with Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations, edit images, and perform file conversion of different formats. They will be able to use the internet to search for information using a browser along with the official/social communication process. The trainees will be able to perform commercial net banking operations, sharing of data between devices, set up and perform video conferencing, and set up and link multiple Computer systems for remote access. The candidate will be able to provide Data Entry services with mastery in English/Hindi typing with optimal speed and accuracy.
Objectives
During the six months duration of the Data Entry Operator trade, a candidate is trained on the professional skill, professional knowledge, and Employability skills related to the job role. In addition to this, a candidate is entrusted to undertake project work and extracurricular activities to build up confidence.
