AISECT has joined hands with NSDC in May 2012 with the mission to skill around 16 lakh youth across rural and semi-urban India by 2029. Mapping the manpower requirement in the future with strengths of AISECT, 20 Sectors were identified under which training will be done to expand the skilling and training facilities of AISECT in the rural and backward regions in many States. AISECT also plays a significant enabling role in these support services, most importantly in setting up standards and accreditation systems in partnership with industry associations. It will identify critical skill groups, develop models for skill development, attract potential private players, and provide support to these efforts.

We have been affiliated with 26 Sector Skill Council . We have so far developed 150+ Job roles as NSQF curriculum of these SSCs

We are providing training in 150+ job roles in association with 26 sector skills councils (SSCs) set up by industry bodies and NSDC. As of now, AISECT has implemented central government projects like PMKVY, DDU-GKY, Vocational education in schools, DAY-NULM skill training, capacity building of PRI functionaries etc
